Trying to phone Edgars Brooklyn 6 times on Thursday 11 April. No one answers the phone. When answering the phone on the 7th attempt, I have been transferred to 7 different departments and no one can assist me. Finally getting to the right department the lady cant assist me, cause the system is down. I need to know if you have a bigger size slipper and keep it aside. How about getting up and checking if you do have the shoe in store.
Trying to phone Edgars Woodland 3 times, not answering the phone, and passing the bucket to the wrong departments. Getting to customer care, the lady on duty told me she cant help me cause she is busy with a customer. Is she the only one on duty at customer care??? I am really dissapointed in the service.
