I am the loyal customer for almost 9 years, and since last year i lose trust in edgars, someone use my account in KZN and my account was blocked until i paid it up, again this year here in Gauteng samething happen, and i submit all the required documents and they promised to come back to me bt they didnt until today, and tomoro i want to use my account paying for transport to eastern cape but i cant coz my acount is blocked what can i do to get my exercise my rights and to get a satisfied service, im very dissapointed, i dnt have money to travel to eastern cape to my uncle s funeral, ngenzeni eedgars, so i want edgars to change my account and when i came to buy something they must ask for personal details like, my address, my email adddress, my fone numbers and my licence number they will catch the because it seems as he/she knows my id numbersm to do that or else ill say goodbye to you for good, thanks from Nontembeko Nomala
