Please deliver the correct head board

We bought a single bed and head board for my grandma on the 8th of January 2013 (acc nr 553418-01) and we arranged to have it delivered to the frail care centre where she resides.

Dial a bed however delivered a double head board and despite various promises and undertakings from their side, the correct head board is yet to be delivered.

As such our granny can barely move in her room seeing that she can only walk with the assistance of a walker and the double head board is limiting her movement due to the size of her room in the frail care centre.

I again phoned the store today and Louis is apparently off for the day whilst the cell nr given to me by his staff doesn't exist.

Come on guys, we've supported you so much during the years and the least you could do is the assist our grand ma who is the unfortunate recipient of your bad service.
