Selling substandard product

Hi
I purchased a flick-flak watch from swatch @ sandton city yesterday (3/2/2012).
The watch is not keeping time accurately. This is really disappointing since the reason I purchased my daughters first watch from swatch was because I was under the misguided impression that your products were of a decent standard and quality. My young daughter is even more disappointed!
