Last Jan i saved enough. Decided to spoil myself with a very expensive Rado Watch in CT. Something I always wanted. iIt cost just over R10k! After a few months i noticed it "makes" 13 min. I took it back, They sent it to Swatch Head Office. 6 weeks later i got it back. Guess what, a few months later... 13 min gained AGAIN! I took it back again. Another 5-6 weeks at H/O. I was not happy but told all OK now. On 22 Dec at 02h00 it stopped!!! I had enough. Was told H/O opens in Jan only. Sent it back again. Now i was demanding a refund or a new watch. Not an unfair request??? I then got hold of Rado brand manager Gerrie. Gerrie promised to look into this matter and get back to me. He then got a technician, Ricardo to call me and tell me they can only try and fix my watch. It had to be in their wshop 4 times be fore they will do anything!! FOUR times??? I called Gerrie and was not happy. He said the same to me. I asked him to put this in a mail as i am not leaving this here... it has been more than a week... no call, no mail, Nothing. I am soooooo disappointed with my Rado watch. i have never been so unhappy about a purchase. never buy RADO, they dont stand by their product!
