I visited the watch dept at Edgars at The Glen on the 30th of November, asked them if my Swatch could be fixed by them (where i bought it), they said no, but they could sent it to Swatch for me and get back to me with a quote for repairs. i went on leave on 13th December, without hearing from them. on 20th December, i called Edgars, spoke to another lady, told her i am waiting for the call with the quote... she said no, the watch would be repaired and they will get a call to say they can fetch it after its repaired. i asked how is this possible, cos the other lady told me i would first be asked if i want to pay the amount Swatch quotes? she did not know, and then said she will get the other lady to call me. it never happened. on the 26th i called AGAIN and this time im not sure who i spoke to, the person checked to see if my watch is in store. it was not, then she said she"ll put me through to the original lady (Simangele) who took my watch on 30th November, instead she put me through to switchboard again. since then, no-one has bothered to call me... and there's still no word about my watch. i REFUSE to pay for any repairs which may have been done without my consultation
