Bad customer service received from a cashie

I went to Edgar's city to buy a hand lotion, there was only one lady servicing the customers, the ques were not long, but that lady was very slow, she didn't have a sense of urgency at all. my turn came so I can be serviced as well, first she didn't greet, I had to greet her, secondly when I was supposed to enter my pin on the pin pad, since I was using my cheque card to pay, she just pointed on the pin pad with her eyes, I didn't understand what does that mean, because I don't understand sign language, I then asked her what's that supposed to mean, she just said pin, and I asked her again what about the pin. then with an attitude she asked if I didn't know that I must insert my pin, I said no but I know and if she said that in the first place I would have understood. she said LIKE SERIOUSLY? I told her that I don't like her attitude and she has a bad customer service, she just said I KNOW. I asked her name and she she gave me the wrong surname.
