I used to be a broker with Bayport about 5 years ago. My broker code was cancelled by Head Office about 4 years ago. I want to remove my ID number as a broker from the system with immediate effect. I have spoken to about 8 people at Head office, where they keep on transferring the call to the switch board. No one seems to understand or tries to understand what the problem is. Switch board keeps transferring me to client services and client services transfers me to the switch board. I want my ID number removed from the bayport capturing system as i am no longer a broker with them. is there any competent people at Bayport who can assist with this?
