Heki from furniture city came out to my house to check my head board, his defense for selling to me the incorrect size was that my queen bed was a standard queen size i should have bought an extra length queen bed.ok this is the story when i bought my furniture i bought it from bheki, he didn't explain those thimgs to me he was just happy about the sale because i spent 86000.i went and bought a bed else where, were the people who sold me the bed suppose to measure my head board maybe.i'm not happy with answers i recieved from bheki, when i told him that i don't have a money for a new bed he then told me to push the bed to the back and put continental pillows in the front so that i wouldn't have a problem.firstly i'm ot happy with the product and being given that explaination is quite disgusting to say the least.i don't want that head board/chinese bed any more, i want it exchanged for something i'm gonna be happy with.i'm paying a lot of money for this and i want it exchanged.
