A payment of R70.00 was made to gsalaxy via EFT on 04/07/2011 and to date not allocated to my account. I have paid the account in full less the R70.00 on 09/12/2012. I keep getting phone calls and letters from galaxy that I will be blacklisted due to the account being in arrears. I have faxed the proof of payments 5 times already to galaxy. I even received a phone call from a lady at the beginning of february to say that the payment will be allocated and my account will now be closed. on 18/02/2013 i received another threating letter that I will be blacklisted and the amount oustanding now R131.88 - additional costs added. Nobody is coming back to me re the allocation of the money in the galaxy bank account - i do not owe galaxy any money.
