IC promises stock - yet no delivery

I ordered Logitech Z906 speakers online on the evening of the 28th and chose the EFT payment option. First thing Friday morning I email IC just to be sure there is stock. Justin Robinson replies that there is stock and thus I made an instant EFT. This reflects within minutes on IC's side. My order status gets updated to "settled." I chose the overnight delivery option and Justin confirms that I should get the item on the Monday. Well it's the end of the day and nothing. What I did on Monday:

On the IC order status page, my order is still just listed as "settled" with no waybill information. So I end up hammering their Twitter contact @IncConnection, and they eventually provide me with a waybill number says it's out for delivery today. So I sit and wait around, I have errands to run but I postpone them. At 4:35pm I phone RAM and ask if they are still going to deliver, then I am notified that only the waybill has been created and RAM does not have the actual package. Great. So what is going on now? Did IC actually hand over the package or did RAM up? The online tracking of the waybill on RAM's site changed to "delivery failed" at 4:42pm. They could not "contact" me. Pft.
