I had a Galaxy account, which had been used by someone. I reported this to the store; they contacted your department. Three months later they had cleared the account and to my knowledge closed said account accordingly.
To my surprise October 22, someone purchased in this account again. When the SMS notification came through I called your call centre, as per Elizabeth the transaction had been recorded.
To my further amazement I get the account and SMS saying that I need to pay my Galaxy account.
Please advise how do I now get this sorted, as I have done my part in more than one occasion, and RCS/Galaxy have not done theirs.
Now I am getting threatening calls from RCS requesting payment on an overdue account.
