Hi there, I recently used the Mr Price online service to place an order as I usually do, but I was GREATLY DISAPPOINTED! This time around I received something that I hadn't ordered and I was told that the colour of the item I had seen on line was in fact not available, Mr Price had an item that was advertised yet they had not even received the physical stock for this item and I'm told that there is nothing that they can do because they don't have the skirt, how do you then advertise something you don't have, I have paid for a service and I expect the service to be rendered to me in the correct manner. I just want my cream skirt PLEASEEEEE!!! I don't want a refund I would just like the cream skirt, you have already inconvenienced me enough by sending me to stores that didn't have the item in the first place. I find this totally unacceptable as I have been pushed from pillar to post yet I still don't have my skirt. I ordered a cream top and the tag said it was cream, they sent me a beige skirt and said that was cream yet it wasn't, I'm not a fashion guru but I know my colours, I would expect that these two cream colours should be the same yet they weren't but had the same description.
