I bought a skirt at Identity on Thursday 6 Jun 2013 I used my bank card to pay. I think I was pickpocketed on my way back to work and they took my bank card allong with the Identity cash slip. When I got home I fitted the skirt and it was to small. Unfortunatelly I could not return it on Friday cause we went to a funeral in the Freestate. On Monday 10 June I returned the skirt and the cashier ask me the time and how I paid for the item and I answered all hert questions. Than she called the manager and I explained to him also. He just told me he is sorry he can't assist me without the slip. I asked him if they don't keep copies he said that they do but it will take him days to find it he is sorry he can't help me. From my point a view that is very lame to tell a client that. What am I going to do with the item I can't use it and I've paid R270 for it. He could help me but he just didn't wantd to go the extra mile. That is wicked and a bad reflection on the store really.
