I bought a dress from clearwater which i realised it was small, went to southgate as its closer then this lady told me that only southgate doesnt do the fashion hotline anymore which was strange as she said that i didnt work for them.
She called clearwater to request them to send it through. I spoke to Qebisile on monday which i told her that i will need the dress for the weekend and she assured that i will get it by friday.
Until today i have not got a call and sms as promised.
I called on friday late at clearwater just after 20h45 and wanted to advise management about this, the phone rang for ever and when it was answered i was kept on hold twice and the line dropped, this really.
