I redeemed my points online for the Jonnie Walker gift set about a month ago and I have not received the product or any feedback from Makro. On questioning staff at the Woodmead branch (2 March 2013)- they passed the buck onto Jonnie Walker and responded with the line that "last year it took about 3 months for the first customer to get their order". Surely, Makro should have sorted these supply issues (if this is the case) before even contacting customers to order the product. More efficiency is needed by Makro - I cannot be waiting this long for a large retailer like Makro to deliver!
