South African Breweries
False promises & non-delivery of product

I took part in the "Makro Rewards with SAB" competition which ran from 1 March to 31 May 2013. I accumulated 60 points, which I then redeemed online for 2 x 6 Peroni Glasses.
I received a confirmation with my order on June 5 2013:

Makro card number: xxx (changed for security purposes)

I waited patiently for my email to collect, but it never came - I then went to the Makro store multiple times and the manager there escalated this to the SAB rep.
She did not get back to me/him, and then I got a phone call from David (076 421 9491)[SAB]who was standing in for the rep and he would resolve my issue as they did not have the correct stock - which is weird as they confirmed my order!!!
It has now been MONTHS and David is not taking my calls or getting back to me.
As a LOYAL Peroni supported I am VERY disappointed!
I would NOT trust any of the new promotions run by SAB!
