So I placed an order 21 Feb an upto now I have not yet recieved my order. I have tried to contact Zando so many times via email and phone but no results. Honestly How can you take two weeks to deliver my order? One of you consultant who doesnt know how credit cards payment works told me that the money is not yet reflecting in your account? Is this how credit card payments work? Maybe a little education will assist ur call centre. I did payment with my credit card and order was confirmed so its clear the payment is done. How can the order be confirmed if the payment is not yet done? About settlement and clearing issues pliz sort that with your issueing banks not me. My advise to the punlic is never buy from Zando otherwise you wont recieve anything. Or you dont enjoy the pleasure of shooping. Rather walk into a shopping mall and buy there and enjoy. Away with these online shoopings as long as Zando doesnt knw wht to do.
At the same time I asked for a diferent order to be returned more than 2 weeks ago. Upto now there is no action. I keep calling Zando and thier courirer company but all full of and confused. They dont know what they are doing.
Never ever will I buy from Zando.
