I placed an order with Zando on the 14th of December 2012 and close to a month later, I haven't received my goods!
After making plenty calls to Zando's call center consultants and to the courier company that Zando uses (Courier IT), enquiring about the whereabouts of my order, the manager of the courier company confirmed today that my shipment has been lost/misplaced!
Sadly after waiting this long, I have had to cancel the order.
The issue of goods getting lost/non-delivered is very unacceptable, especially for an online retail store..I am very dissapointed!
