I ordered goods from Zando 01 March. Still waiting and highly irratated with Zando. This is the first time I use Zando and so disappointed in their bad service. Ive emailed their customer care and the lady said she cant track my parcel as theyve used a company that dont use a tracking website. Who would use a company without a tracking webistie if your company make use of deliveries??? The same day of my order Zando deduct the money from my account and its 15 days and still no parcel. I need this dress for a function and must go buy a new dress as I did not get my order from Zando ontime. Now I must spend double the money. Who will refund me for this???
Now I wonder will I ever get this order where they just take your money or will they eventually deliver this. This is really really bad service...
I will never recommend Zando to anyone.
