Not impressed with Zando

I decided to place my first order ever with Zando on Monday, 4 March. I bought 9 dresses and a pair of heels, totalling to over R6000 and paid using my credit card.

On Wednesday I called the customer service line to query my order as I wasnt sure how to track it, and was told that the finance department alerted it as, which is fine and acceptable due to the amount spent. I was then told that I need to send proof of payment which would mean me going to my bank, asking to have a statement printed, scanning it to them and then only my order will be processed.

I replied saying that I didnt have time to go to the bank to get proof of payment etc etc and that if they couldnt resolve the problem they should just cancel my order and refund me my money.

I feel frustrated and annoyed at the service and wont be buying from Zando again.
