We purchased bottle of Jabos Kronung coffee from Pick and Pay. The expiry date of the coffee on the bottle is 03/10/13 (code 070113973 22.30. The coffee turned white- to me the coffee had gone off - so we had to throw the bottle away. We had 1/2 bottle left. Upon calling the Kraft call centre i was told yes that is normal, all i have to do is shake the bottle and use. No were on the bottle of coffee does it tell you anything like this. Further i was requested to post this coffee to them via the consumer service and they will in turn post it to Germany who supply the coffee.
Surely some where on the bottle it should be written. The call centre agent was giving me long explanation received from Germany - how the coffee forms crystals etc.
Too me we pay lot for this coffee - and it should be noted on the label.By the way the label is in in another lanuage.
