After numerous complaints to management instore and then to Regional management, they still cannot deliver a clean hygenic service and then they all their customers 5c coins, I guess they feel that is a small amount for poor service.
On the 2/3/2013 I was once again given my change without the 5c coin. The till slip printed change 65c and when I showed the cashier, she read it back to me as 60c. Now I know I can read, so when I chalenged her that it actually read 65c, she very politely replied that Checkers do not deal in 5c coins anymore. Which will be fair if their pricing does non include 5c nevermind the 9c that all their products carry. When I brought the Manageress to the teller, she tried to teach the teller how to do change. I feel once the teller lets loose on the public, training should be completed.
When you get to the shop, you are lucky if you can find a trolley, nevermind if it is clean or not.
Then no hygenic swipes, the empty container greets you happily. I can now see regional manager contacting me and promising me that all will be well, the same as the LAST TIMES. Well, ITS NOT
