Further to my last complaint posted on the Hello Peter website, Pick n Pay at Mulbarton still amazes me with their unprofessionalism. My husband purchased an item from this branch on 2/03/2013 which had a discount sticker on it, the cashier removed this sticker and placed it under a machine. We got home and checked the receipt only to find out that the cashier did not process this discount. My initial question remains, what is going on with this Pick n Pay. To date I have two receipts indicating the cashier not processing a discount and charging me extra for a sale item which was advertised in the paper as well as the store in question. Initial response on Hello Peter from Wendy at customer care reflects a senior manager will be contacting me, this has not transpired. Can someone please explain to me what is going on with this branch?
