First and last time I use PnP Online shopping!

I was very keen to try online shopping because I thought it would be a great way to control exactly what I spent. it was very time consuming setting up the grocery list, and annoying being given a delivery slot of 9 to 3 (they arrived at 3, so I wasted my Sat waiting at home). i still thought it would be worth it, but when I opened my grocery bags I was hugely disappointed! The website does state that there may be substitutions where they don't have stock but I assumed that they would be reasonable i.e. similar product for the same price. This was not the case. 51 items were substituted/not provided! Some of these included basics like cheese, ham, bottled water, pasta sauce etc. Are you telling me that PnP has no cheese in stock? I ordered 3 X 35g bags of pretzels at R4.39, and was given 3 X 500g bags for a total of R107.97! I wanted Pantene shampoo and conditioner at around R40 each, I was given Trensemme conditioner for R75! No shampoo! How dare they, what am I supposed to do with a conditioner I won't use, and no shampoo? No HP sauce, PnP? I could go on and on but suffice it to say I got items I was charged exorbitantly for and I have to go shopping again for items I didn't get!
