After numerous interactions with Checkers i am disgusted at the blatant lack of response. On the 29th June 2013, i purhased 2 bottles each of Pantene Shampoo and Conditioner which was displayed as being on promotion as follows: 400 ml Pantene Shampoo at R59.99 FREE 400 ML PANTENE CONDITIONER! After
arriving at home i checked the till slip and bearing in mind that i did month end shopping the slip was quite long i discovered that what should have cost me R59.99 * 2= R119.98 actually ended up costing me R239.96 which means i was not charged the promotional price by the cashier.
Why bother misleading customers with false promotions to try and move stock of the shelves. Blatant misrepresentation
