Faulty breastpump

I bought a tommee tippee electrik breastpump in december 2012. Now when I need to start expressing the machine is giving me blisters on my nipples. Baby city refuses to refund me and the are waiting for the supplier to contact me. When I buy something its because I need to use it. Till date nobody is calling me back
