We went to the shopping store to go and buy toiletries and saw that the Elvive Shampoo and Conditioner was on special and the special was advertised as a 400ml and then you get the 200ml with it for R59.99 and it said assorted so we took the what we needed for our hair but when we got to the counter to pay the cashier called the supervisor and we were told that we cannot take the specific shampoo and conditioner that we had and that we had to take the Purple Bottle that is for FINE/LIFELESS hair but I happen to have thick and full bodied hair what i cant understand is that it is even advertised in the pamphlet as assorted and they have 2 different colour bottles on the pamphlet but we were forced to take the purple shampoo and conditioner and ontop of that the supervisor was so very rude as well it has come to our attention that the staff are not friendly at all and now they are doing false advertising I am sorry but that is unacceptable and we are very dissapointed in the quality of their customer service.
