I went into the store and bought a bed... I chose one that the sales lady ensured was in stock and would deliver on the day I needed it as I was moving to a new place and didn't have a bed. I waited all day and no delivery or phone call. I tired phoning and no response. I phoned today and the lady to me and said it was only supposed to be delivered the following day... I called her out on it and then she said the delivery guys changed the date. Then she couldn't even tell me an approximate time the bed would be delivered and expects me to wait around the whole day. Shocking service!
