Store manager giving bad attitude to a custome

I bought a lounge suite that includes 2 free cubes plus a table @ beares store in springs 2months back, on delivery 1 of the cube was damaged due to falling on the way 2my house, the drivers returned back with it to the store as the fault was with them, the stores sales lady promised me that I'll get my cube, along with the store manager, a week back the sales lady called me and said my cube has arived from warehouse, we made arangements for it to be delivered on a thursday but it never was delivered, seing that they not delivering I went to the store yesterday to fetch it my self, and the store manager himself handed me my cubes and didn't bother appologising to me for the delay, bare in mind they should have delivered them to me as I payed fully for the delivery, I tried talking to him to make him aware of my dissatisfaction and dissapointment but he left me standing while talking to answer a call, that was after I waited for him while he was on a call when I arived but the second call couldn't wait like I did, he got upset by the fact that a sales lady was willing to listen to my problem, and seing that I'm talking with the sales lady he never bothered to come back to me.
