27 Oct I place and order for toys. Then they emailed me on 14 Nov to tell me the one item is cancelled as there is no more stock. Which I agreed to yet the other items are not being sent out and every day I sign on the estimated delivery date changes. I call to get different stories. I mail them on their website with NO response apart from the mail saying the query is logged. I am not getting ANY JOY FEEDBACK OR SUPPORT from Kalahari. Does one need to cancel an order to get it delivered???
I am very irate. I even had to change the delivery date as the person who needs to accept the delivery had to go away on holiday and I needed to change the delivery date to where she is on holiday cause this is not delivered in time. They tell me its ready to ship but it is just not happening.
