@Home Breville Promotion - Incorrect info by staff

Hi received a voucher from @Home for discount on a Breville Coffee Machine valid until 30 November. @Home was also running a promotion until 26 December with the same discount on the same Breville coffee machine. I went to two different bracnces and asked if i need to use my voucher or if i can wait untill December to buy the coffee machine, because i will obviously buy the machine before nd November if i am going to loose the discount. They ensured me that the promotion is running until 26 December and i dont have to use my voucher before end November.

I returned today to buy the machine, 4 days after the staff ensured me that i can wait and now they tell me the coffee machine is normal price, because its out of stock. Why not take it off the shelf then if its out of stock? Why cancel the discount if its out of stock?

This is very bad service and i want a reply or given a chance to buy the machine as promised at the discounted rate.
