I've been trying the whole day just to settle my account. I've been in store twice today, they could not help me. They did not know how to use the card machine so that I could pay with my Nedbank card. Ester gave me the banking details so that I could do it online. This also did not work. It says the account number is wrong. Now I am frustrated, because I want to settle my balance on my account and no one seems to be able to help me with this. Regards. M Vente
