Enquired in-store at V&A waterfront store re: outstanding balance. I was given a print-out which reflected a balance of R604, 03. I paid in cash and asked the assistant, Taufeeqah McKenzie, to settle the account. Subsequently, I received an account which reflects that only R604, 00 was deducted, which left a balance of R0, 03 (3cents for which we do not have coins to settle). An amount of R8, 11 has now been added to my account. I refuse to pay this amount and demand that Woolworths Financial Services does the honourable thing by rounding the 3 cents down and reversing these charges. Trevor Jacobs
