BAD BAD ABSA CREDIT CARD LEGALL

I had a Credit Card that i had paid off every month to ABSA after i have fall into arrears.
I paid the account on time every month, until i receive a balance of R450.00 last month.
I went into the branch in Wellington, CapeTown to settle the account on the 08.07.2013.
As the consultant could not help me with the balance, she then phone the credit card legall department, for the balance, but they were in a meeting at 10 o clock in the morning. Rosmin then said that someone will phone me back with the balance. I pay an amount of R500, seeing that i could not wait and wanted to settle the account. Still waiting for that call. Phone again 15.07.2013, was told someone will call me back.
Phone again 16.07.2013, was again told by David, someone someone will call me back, as interest was needed to be calculated. What can take so long to calculated the interest on such a balance of R450.00.
And still i am waiting for that call.
