Speed Point duplicating transaction

I purchased tickets online from SAA and there was an option to pay at any Pick n pay, I thus made use of that service.
I paid at the Pick n Pay in Observatory, served by Nandiwe. I paid with my debit card and I received a sms that the payment went though from my account, however the cashier said that the transaction has been declined. Nandiwe then called her supervisor (Farieda) and relayed what had happened, and then Farieda confirmed that the payment has not gone through from their side, she then suggested that I make another payment and if the transaction was duplicated, the money would be reversed back into my account, Farieda then took my contact details and said she would get back to me the next day. She never got back to me, I then contacted you via your website and relayed what happened, I still got no response. I then decide to call the branch manager at Observatory, and I relayed the story to her again, she promised to get back to me and she did and she said Farieda had not yet followed up with Head office to check the transactions, but she will do so immediately and I should expect a call within 30 min.
