Dear Clicks

On the 4th May I sent an sms requesting that a Clicks representative call me to join the baby club.By the 8th May someone called and signed me up. He failed to mention that if I spent a certain amount I would receive a complimentary baby bag. He also failed to mention that there was a deadline.

Needless to say I had just spent R150 at clicks the weekend of the 4th and also spent another R300 on general and baby items this past weekend (26 May).

Many of my friends received the bag coupon which is why I also expected it. This promotion only ended a few days ago (judging by your facebook site).

When i inquired at my local Clicks they were certain I would receive a coupon and never mention a deadline either.

I have emailed Clicks twice now with no response.

Please let me know when I will receive my baby bag coupon? I don't feel like this promotion was even explained or discussed with me and don't feel like I should miss out when I registered weeks ago and I am a regular customer who spends R300-R500 a month at Clicks.
