In the hopes of not sounding stupid.
About a month ago myself and my daughter saw the add for the baby club in the Alberton Store. All it said was Join the club and get discounts. I took it apron myself to phone your call centre. I was about 13 weeks pregnant at that stage. Yesterday after actually having time, i came across the advert on Living and Loving about the baby club. There is stated if you spend R175 on your first purchase of baby products you get a goody bag. I phoned today to your call centre. To be told that sorry you purchased two products and you do not qualify. I told her i was inform-end you will let me know when it is activated, which i did not receive and when i phoned in April no one told me about it. I was rudely told read the flyer's in the store, come on really! if i saw that do you think i will phone and make my name a like that? I accept that i missed the promotion but i don't have time to sit on the clicks webs site the entire day to read all your fine print and i feel your call centre should have told me when i phoned to register.
