I bought a plasma stand from House and Home Fourways branch last year in August. I have been paying instalments each month and my last instalment was debited at the beginning of this month.
We noticed some defects on the plasma stand some few months after purchasing (around March) and sent an email to the customer services department which refered me to the Fourways Branch Manager (Ian). It took us more than 4 months to get a replacement of this unit. I noticed last week that the replacement unit also seems to have some sort of defect.
I am really disappointed as I did not expect this after spending lots of money. Imagine this is a brand new unit which is barely 1 month and already looks like this - how will it look after 6 months??? It is my hope that my email gets attention at your earliest convenience as I would not want to go through the same predicament that I had to go through to get my unit swapped
Last week I sent an email to Margaret to follow up and I have still not received a response - NEVER EVER would I be purchasing from HOUSE and HOME again - BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE and DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS! Be WARNED!!!
