IN DEC. 2013 I BOUGHT A PROLINE R1718DC-RTABLET FRM MUSICA.IT STOPED WORKING IN JANUARY 2014 AND ON 29 JAN I TOOK IT BACK AND WAS TOLD TO CALL INFRA-SOL. I CALLED THE CALL CNTRE AND SPOKE TO BRIGETTE, I WAS GIVEN A REF:28010 AND TOLD SHE'LL CALL ME ON THURSDAY AND A TECHNICIAN WOULD COME SEE ME, THIS DID NOT HAPPEN, ON FRIDAY I CALLED AND NO-ONE COULD HELP ME, I SPOKE TO STEFAN (MANAGER) AND A DRIVER COLLECTED MY UNIT FRIDAY AT 17H30. HE INFORMED THAT USUALLY THEY DO A SWOP OUT, BUT HE WAS COMING FROM ELSWHER AND NOT BRANCH. MONDAY I HAD NO FEEDBACK.CALLED TUESDAY 10H00 AND WAS TOLD UNIT HAD JUST BEEN BOOKED IN.TECH WILL CALL ME. CALLED TUES.16H00, TOLD UNIT NOT BOOKED YET. LEFT MESSAGE FOR STEFAN (MANAGER) TO CALL ME. CALLED WED.15H30. NORMAN (TECH) TOLD ME UNIT NOT BOOKED, HE'LL BOOK IT AND THURS. I WILL GET FEEDBACK. CALLED CALL CENTRE TO SPEAK TO STEFAN, WAS TOLD BY GUDANI THAT SHE GAVE MESSAGE TO STEFAN WEDNESDAY, HE SAID NOT HIS PROBLEM SHE MUST SORT IT OUT. WHERE IS MY UNIT, WHAT BUSSINES IS INFRA-SOL RUNNING? AND WHY DOES MANAGEMENT NOT WANT TO DEAL WITH CLIENTS THAT RECEIVE UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE. I WANT MY MONEY BACK SO I CAN GO TO ANOTHER COMP THAT GIVES SERVICE!
