Very POOR customer service and Feedback!

During November 2012 Deon's opened at the Waterval mall. I wanted a 20kg Waterwell Ice maker but it was sold out the first day. The salesman said I must come back a week later and there will be stock. I came back a week later and there was no stock again. I asked the salesman to check their stock records and to book a unit for me and I paid R2600 for the unit. he said it will be there in a week. i informed him and he wrote it on the order that I would collect the unit on 21 Dec when i return from the coast. After driving throughout the night on 20 Dec. I went to the Deon's shop on the morning of 21 Dec to collect my Ice machine. First the sales man was not available and then I demanded to see the manager. The manager kept me on a line for about 1.5 hours while making as if he was trying to find out what was going on. Eventually he got the salesman to speak with me and said it is his responsibility to resolve. The Manager could not help me. I tried again yesterday but not even feedback was given. WHAT NOW!!! Where is my MACHINE that I PAID for???
