I am receiving no joy from C-Track, my tracking unit has been faulty for a while now. One of the technicians has been out to repair/repalce the unit, there after it was suppose to update work, up until now my unit is still not working. I have not had issues before with ypou guys. All i want is my unit sorted out, as i am paying my premiums every month on time, for no cover. I need to also advice you that my insurance will not pay me out if my car is, as my unit is fautly. So now, i ask who will be paying me if my car is or bumped??? A technician was suppose to come out this morning, but I have not heard anything yet? I have tried contacting your oofices on 011 472 6400 and 012 450 2287, but no responce?
