Visiting Malawi after a very long time. I walked into a shoprite store in Lilongwe. Its the 2nd time in 4 days & still no cutlery by the hot food section. As trudged down the isle soundly to the c manager, I passed through some on the shelf & picked 1 up, gave the rest back to the hot food dpt. An ordered security guy stopped me on the entrance showing me plastic cutlery I had left behind that I had it. The manager commanded him 2 call on his boys to handle me for not getting in terms with her as she'd asked me to kneel in apology n pay for it all which I never got in terms with. I then was taken into their cell n got handcuffed. As a criminal I was, security did their job with me. When my friends noticed n couldn't stand the abuse, they tried to reason with the so called manager (in tears) n she refused.
Now, The 145 minutes of my abuse;& I want my arrest warranty; that 1200 fee charged that was paid; & who issued shoprite Lilongwe a certificate to sell hot foods when they r not up to standard? ; who is the healthy inspector checking the store n why r they allowed to treat people like this? Is what I want answers as I press my 2 n half million Rand lawsuit over this. Am sti
