I had logged a quality complaint about a week ago on this website. the customer care consultant that called me from edcon promised to get back to me with regards to letting the Edgars adderley street store know that i am unhappy with the comforter i purchased and how the stitching have all come undone. i need to know do i just return the item to the store or do i still wait for confirmation from the customer care people. I dont wanna be looking like a fool in the store.
