Went to the shop since a 30% discount on certain items were advertised. Various signs in shop advertised ALL MENS FORMAL SHIRTS and ALL INFANTWEAR (normal price items) were less 30%.
Took 3 mens shirts and 3 baby outfits, paid and then checked by slip (since the computer screen was turned so that I could not see on it, even when stretching over to see!). 1 shirt and 2 baby outfits weren't reduced! Upon enquiry to the same cashier (the only one on duty at 5 o'clock!), she called a supervisor or somebody to come help.
After waiting for some time, the supervisor did not even know whether the items were on special. After checking with me that the special sign was up on the shelf for the shirts, they were willing to refund me the difference.
The baby outfits: No, even though the sign says ALL infantwear, it does not mean the new winter stock, it is just the old summer stock. I argued that ALL by definition means EVERYTHING, the supervisor muttered "We are not going to fight with this customer, give her her money back". I find it terribly rude! If they advertise ALL INFANTWEAR it includes all normal price infantwear!
No wonder that I closed my account a while ago!!!
