Charging for one2one account which was cancelled

I cancelled my one2one account with Markham in November 2013. I am being charged for December 2013 and January 2014. When I queried the call centre agent, Khanye, informed me that he will resolve by Tuesday 4 February 2014. The one2one number stopped working on 1 December 2013 yet Markham still charges you. I was also informed that it is not a Markham service which is incorrect why is Markham billing me.
