Today I went to return a Sisley gift which retails over R2500. The consultant was lovely however my only gripe was that I'm told the manager will have to decide if he can change the products and if he says yes it can only be returned and replaced with Sisley products! My biggest concern is, since when does a manager @a store dictate what beauty products you should buy? Also even though it was an amazing gift, affording it month after month won't work. I then called back &asked if I could exchange it for perfume& Clinique products, I was told that even though they stock it I can't change it4 something else. as if that's not enough my folding wayfarer Raybans arm breaks& I call Sunglasses hut. The receptionist acted like a technician& to this hour no 1 called me back. Howpathetic is that! Because I purchased 4 pairs on my Edgar's account I asked her to refund it as its only 3months old. She wasgoing to get a manager to call me 5 hours ago! All my time shopping at Edgar's I' have never endured such low class service! Paying up my account and moving on...
