I received a voucher from parmalad as I youhurt I purchased was not up to standard, I work in hillbrow and make use of the Spar often so I went there this morning at around 9:55am and I produced my voucher an assistant was called to assist but need to look for the floor manager which took aproximatley 15min she returned to notify me they don't accept the voucher so I asked her for a reson she couldn't give me an answer so I approached the manager myself his name was Given I asked hin what is the reason for not accepting this voucher as you stock the product his answer was we just don't take them not helpful to me at all its not acceptable this is not what you call customer service it is pathetic I eventually ended up paying cash for the products
