Last week I complained about Clicks Sandton and Rosebank Mews NOT answering their phones.
Eventually a manager called me not to apologize but to ask what I was looking for, when I told him that I wanted a B12 shot his response was that the sister only has bookings till 1pm.
How about, Would you like to make an appointment?
Today I call Clicks Rosebank Mews and and 'transferred' to hold music for 3 minutes
I call back and the phone has been ringing for 3 minutes
What kind of a Business do you guys run???
Call Dischem blubird and they are fully booked for B12 shots for the rest of the week. If you cared to answer your phone perhaps people would use Clicks as well
