I went to purchase a Vodacom simcard on Monday 25th February 2013 from the Musica store at Cresta mall. The gentle man made a copy of all my documentation but failed to RICA my simcard. i then returned on Tues 26th to get the simcard ricad only to receive blank stares and stories from the other staff. Then one of your sale people proceeds to tell me that the RICA machine has been out of service for 2weeks, so what i would like to understand is why sell me a simcard when you know your rica service doesnt work? is a 50cent sale that important to Musica that they would make a fool out a customer like that? Vodacom is already a terrible and unreliable service provider and that display is sending out false hope and giving the Musica brand a bad name. Sort it out or get rid of the Vodacom stand simple. And train your staff on etiquette and friendliness and knowledge of product because clearly they are clueless.
